REFLECTIONS
Experience
While taking this course, I found that the knowledge I gained from the previous digital photography class was not in vain. Especially in the post-production stage, I was able to adapt and get started more quickly, and the process was relatively smooth. In contrast, the shooting stage was more demanding of patience and attention to detail. Every time I set up the lighting, composed the shot, and framed the scene, I needed to make constant adjustments. The several practice tasks served as a good foundation, allowing me to gradually get a feel for the shooting rhythm and find my own working methods.
Observations
In terms of software usage, Premiere Pro is relatively familiar to me, and I can smoothly apply most of its functions, so I rarely encounter obstacles when completing tasks. The real challenge was my first encounter with Audition. When I needed to handle sound editing, I often felt at a loss and made many mistakes in the process. However, these problems motivated me to be more proactive in learning and gradually adapt to the logic of the new tool.
Findings
The entire course left a deep impression on me, not only in terms of technical improvement but also in the gains from group collaboration. The process of planning, shooting, and revising with my peers was filled with communication and creative exchanges, transforming the tasks from mere assignments into enjoyable creative experiences. Although technical glitches like failed exports could be frustrating at times, they also made me realize that problem-solving and adjusting one's mindset are equally important.
